We offer full refunds on membership purchases within 48 hours, provided you have not yet used any of the associated perks on the server. After 48 hours or after using perks, refunds are not available.
Donations are non-refundable as they are voluntary contributions to server costs. If you believe an error occurred, please contact us via Discord within 24 hours.
Contact a staff member on our Discord server with your order details and reason for the refund. Refund requests are processed within 5 business days.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us will result in a permanent ban from the server. We take fraudulent chargebacks seriously and will dispute all unjustified claims.
Refunds will not be issued for account bans due to rule violations. If you believe your ban was unjust, please use the ban appeal process on Discord first.
