By accessing or using The Outland SMP website or server, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
All players must follow the server rules posted on our Discord server. Violations may result in temporary or permanent bans without refund. Rules include but are not limited to: no hacking, no griefing outside designated zones, no harassment, and no exploiting bugs.
Memberships are billed monthly and provide cosmetic perks only. There are no pay-to-win elements. All payments are processed securely via YOCO. By purchasing a membership, you agree to the recurring billing terms.
Please see our separate Refund Policy page for details on our refund procedures. Generally, refunds are available within 48 hours of purchase if perks have not been used.
The Outland SMP brand, logo, and custom content are property of the server owner. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Studios/Microsoft. We are not affiliated with Mojang or Microsoft.
The Outland SMP is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the server or website, including data loss or downtime.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
